The hotel is a great property with great rooms and restaurants. All the amenities are great. Only problem was that it was understaffed. All the staff were gfriendly and courteous but there were not enough to handle the guests. Also there were little things like no robes or slippers in the room, and there was a trim board along the bottom of the slidding doors to the balcony that is a serious trip hazzard. A great property that we will probably go back to, and hopefully they will have enough people to assist guests and justify the high nightly rates.

Liked attention to healthy foods, as well as unique. Good hotel layout. No reading material is unbelievably inferior. Very expensive in every way.

I’ve been to this property 4 times. The staff is always excellent and I love the food options. The tennis staff is amazing. The main lobby is beautiful. It looks like the rooms and some of the spaces could use and update as they are a little tired.

It’s a great beach and pool scene, the hotel will undergo an upgrade in May 2025, it’s dated but not too bad. The service was great, nice people. It an expensive week with food and drink, but a great week that has a relaxing vibe! The staff and service were A

this is the second time we’ve stayed at this property. The staff is wonderful and ready to accommodate anything that you need. The walk to the beach is so short, and I love the fact that there is an adult only and children’s pool. There’s an amazing coffee bar for custom drinks. The location is a quick ride to the Brickell area where there’s a many amazing restaurants and shopping. I will continue to stay at this property. My only complaint is the food overall is not as good as the coconut Grove, Ritz Carlton, which is where we also stay frequently because we have a child that attends the university of Miami aside from the room service and pool and beach menu being not quite as good as coconut Grove and South Beach properties. I would say it’s a perfect resort and I’m being super critical because I would give the food a seven or eight it is not terrible. I just enjoy the options the menus at the other properties better Isabel’s at the Coconut Grove Ritz Carlton is hands-down our favorite.
it is also definitely very difficult to get service on the beach. I did have to chase down the server who was lovely and there was only one person working the entire beach and again I’m being super critical because at $1000 plus a night you’re just looking for superior service. Overall, I would still give this property at 10 you cannot beat the location. The staff the access to a beautiful picture perfect beach and two amazing pools. We will definitely stay after the renovation is complete.

In general, I liked the hotel, the rooms are clean, there is everything you need. Good beach, the territory is not big, but well-groomed. Minus is the staff that cleans the Hotel and the room. Already from 8 am in the corridor begins a constant very loud communication and laughter, it awakens and does not allow you to sleep and rest. To our room, despite the inscription do not disturb, came twice without any knock. Therefore, the whole impression of the hotel was spoiled by the absolutely uneducated noisy cleaning staff. I probably won't stop in the future.
